I joined TGS in September 1963 and left in 1968 and was in Bruce House.

School was not my favourite place, however there are some great memories too. The drawing of the organ made me go cold. I used to have to go to the Jewish assembly and we would then all be wheeled in right at the front so we could be targeted as we walked to the back of the hall into the space shown in the drawing.

Lucky by the second year, I could give as good as received by anyone up to the sixth form!
