F.`Ray` Mingay (1956)

Retired from the British Civil Service in 1996.

Mr Mingays Government career included five years (1978-1983) in Washington as commercial counsellor at the British Embassy.

He also spent four years as the British Consul General in Chicago. (1988-1992)

Awarded the CMG.
