Lower school had the excellent Mr Wagland and Dick Moss the Head.

Remember enameling trendy 70's badges in metalwork (Mr Usof's class)!.


I was in a group that went to sing at the Royal Albert hall in the 'St. Pauls cantata' - please save St.Pauls. There was some press photos, but sadly I don't have any but would like to.
Dick Yarrow was the brilliant Physics teacher at the upper school. He used to drive his Vespa scooter up the stairs to the Physics lab to have us service it as part of the lesson

. Frank Thomas the Senior teacher, Who deserved more respect than the fear he gave us all. Bill Tunley - Head of French and Mr Smith the French teacher with the pink cravat and mincing walk!!
I remember appearing in many school concerts and playing the part of Ruben, one of the brothers in Joseph and the amazing technicolour dreamcoat We also performed it at the old peoples home in High Cross.

Some old friends I would love to make contact with are: Stewart Alvis, Steve Kilby, Terry Elliot, Paul Smith (aka wiffles,very very tall)Steven Ruby, Barry Goddard or anyone who knows me!.
I was in the 1st 15 Rugby team and spent many a muddy saturday morning on the fields in Queen St.
I am in contact with Cliff Marshall who was 2 years older than me and he is in contact with Peter White (Headboy), My Brother Michael Solomons was Head boy at the school about 1982.
